KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive business growth and retail performance Build and maintain strong retailer relationships Ensure operational excellence and compliance Manage non-performing retailers and support business development initiatives Oversee SHEQ standards and site operational requirements Execute loyalty programmes and marketing initiatives QUALITY CONTROL Ensure adherence to operational standards Conduct customer service training Ensure compliance with brand standards MAINTENANCE Coordinate and report site maintenance requirements Maintain records of pump & tank layouts Verify and maintain asset records MARKETING Execute marketing campaigns at site level Ensure retailer participation and compliance CREDIT POLICY COMPLIANCE Manage retailer credit risk CONTRACT RENEWALS Renew contracts and agreements in line with financial criteria Submit proposed deal structures for approval ADMIN Monthly submission of all required paperwork to admin support REQUIREMENTS 3+ years retail experience, preferably in the fuel sector Experience managing multi-site operations Strong people management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service Relationship‑building skills Health, Safety & Environmental awareness Apply now and take the next step in your retail management career! #J-18808-Ljbffr
