Reporting directly to the General Manager in Mauritius and functionally to the Group CFO based in Dubai, the Finance Manager will be responsible for: Leading the full finance function, ensuring accurate management reporting, statutory compliance, and alignment with group accounting standards. Managing cash flow, treasury, and working capital in a high‑volume, multi‑currency environment. Overseeing revenue, margin, and cost control, working closely with operations to ensure accurate billing and profitability analysis. Supervising accounts receivable and payable activities, including credit control, supplier payments, and reconciliations. Driving budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and providing commercial insights to support management decision‑making. Improving finance systems and processes, supporting automation, reporting efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives Successful Applicant You will be a seasoned finance professional with: A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or similar senior finance role. Strong expertise in financial reporting, cash‑flow management, budgeting, and compliance. Experience working in high‑volume, fast‑paced environments, ideally within tourism, hospitality, travel, or comparable industries. Solid understanding of multi‑currency operations and group reporting requirements. A hands‑on leadership style with the ability to manage and develop finance teams. A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; ACCA qualification is an advantage. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders across local and international teams.
