Job Title: Onboarding & Success Specialist Location: SA Remote Employment Type: Full-time Work Hours: 13:00 - 22:00 SAST Job Summary Hirexe is hiring an Onboarding & Success Specialist to own success across two equally important areas: employee performance and client outcomes. You’ll be the “glue” that keeps accounts healthy, employees supported, and opportunities for growth identified early - balancing high-touch client engagement with hands‑on day‑to‑day workforce management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building trusted relationships, solving operational problems quickly, and turning real on‑the‑ground insight into retention and expansion. What you’ll do Onboard new employees and facilitate any additional support clients need Track and report on key KPIs (retention, performance trends, risks, and account health), using data to prioritise actions and communicate progress internally Support healthy business performance through proactive issue prevention and strong operational execution Triage employee relations/IR issues and elevate to the right internal owners Own client relationships to maintain strong retention and expand accounts over time Run a structured listening loop (using insight from deployed employees + research) to spot needs, risks, and upsell opportunities early You’re a strong fit if you have 2+ years experience in HR Ops or staffing/workforce management Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills High empathy + firmness - you can have tough performance conversations and drive outcomes Strong organisation and follow-through in a fast-moving environment Comfort working cross‑functionally and owning day‑to‑day execution HubSpot experience preferred (or strong CRM proficiency and ability to learn fast) #J-18808-Ljbffr
