Job Overview Immigration Coordinator – Full time, permanent – Shared Services Office, Rosebank Mall, Johannesburg. Role Summary The Coordinator provides exceptional business support to a wide range of clients, working closely with Fragomen’s European offices and associates in an administrative capacity. Responsibilities Draft immigration applications in French. Draft support letters. Maintain database and client folders. Save and upload case related documents and government decisions. Draft emails to provide updates on immigration matters. Contact authorities for case updates and advice. File applications on behalf of clients. Complete case audits. Rename, downsize, and organise documents. Take on additional projects as required. Qualifications High level French language skills (ideally level C, at least B2). Administrative and data entry skills from professional or educational background. Ability to work flexibly and accurately in a fast‑paced environment. Confident verbal communication; exceptional planning, time management and multi‑tasking skills. Proactive, can act with limited supervision. Strong attention to detail and adherence to standard layouts. Proficiency in word processing, internet and email systems. Preferred Skills Comfortable working in a team with excellent communication skills.
