ROLE PURPOSE A product manager identifies the customer needs and the larger business objectives that their product/service will fulfil. They are required to articulate what the success of a product looks like and work closely with genetics sales manager and fertility consultant to turn the product strategy and vision into a reality. A product manager is expected to set the product goals, define the success, help motivate teams and are responsible for the outcome of any given product. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Degree in Science, Business, or related field Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, product management, or the medical/diagnostic industry Strong understanding of Genetics and Fertility products and technologies Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to engage in scientific discussions with healthcare professionals Willingness to travel locally KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive sales performance and growth of the Genetics & Fertility portfolio Develop and execute product strategies to increase market adoption and revenue Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and strategic partners Conduct market, competitor, and pricing analysis to identify opportunitiesDevelop clinical marketing materials and support campaigns, webinars, and trade events Collaborate with medical, sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure successful product positioning and performance Provide product training and scientific support to internal teams and customers BENEFITS Innovative Environment: Work at the forefront of Bio Technology, where your role directly impacts people's lives.
