Key Responsibilities: Partner with business stakeholders to analyse, monitor, and report risks in line with the risk plan Identify risk gaps and weaknesses, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and track remedial action plans Prepare and present risk reports highlighting key issues, trends, and areas requiring escalation Drive efficiencies through improved processes, automation, and innovative risk practices Maintain oversight of risk remediation actions and ensure delivery within agreed timelines Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Degree in Risk Management or a related discipline Experience: 2–3 years’ experience in the financial services or insurance industry with exposure to risk management Experience working with governance, regulatory, and compliance frameworks Exposure to stakeholder engagement and risk reporting Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills Understanding of risk management, governance, and legislation Knowledge of finance and accounting principles Strong written and verbal communication skills Non-negotiables: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders Strong organisational, planning, and problem‑solving skills For more information, contact: Heidi Joubert Specialist Recruitment ConsultantConnect with me on LinkedIn! #J-18808-Ljbffr
