What the role involves This position plays a central role in managing strategic accounts within the refreshment category, with responsibility for both growing existing business and identifying new commercial opportunities.The focus is on delivering profitable growth through strong customer partnerships, disciplined account management, and commercially sound decision-making. Core areas of responsibility Own and manage a portfolio of strategic customer accounts within the refreshment category Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships across multiple stakeholder levels Identify, develop, and convert commercial opportunities across assigned accounts Lead pricing discussions, negotiations, and commercial agreements in line with business frameworks Develop and execute structured account plans aligned to growth objectives Monitor market trends, customer activity, and competitive movements to inform commercial strategy Manage forecasting, pipeline accuracy, and contribute to budgeting cycles Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery and customer satisfaction Drive both account expansion and new business development within existing portfolios Key Requirements Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, or related field Minimum 8 years experience in Key Account Management, Strategic Sales, or equivalent commercial roles Proven track record of managing complex customer relationships and delivering sustained revenue growth Experience within FMCG, food manufacturing, or fast-paced commercial environments Strong commercial acumen with advanced negotiation and influencing capability Strong analytical thinking and structured decision-making ability Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across senior levels Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, target-driven environments Strong ownership mindset with a consistent focus on delivery and results How to apply:
