Business Operations Management Oversee the setup and management of business operations, including securing premises, permits, and processes. Financial Management Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability and operational efficiency. Monitor business performance through KPIs and provide regular performance updates to the CEO and Board. Sales, Marketing, and Business Development Lead marketing and sales initiatives to enhance brand visibility and achieve sales targets. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders. Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery and relationship management.
