Join SATIC’s Finance Managed Services (FMS) team as a Finance Manager and lead the delivery of operational excellence across global finance projects. This role is ideal for experienced finance professionals who are passionate about driving transformation, optimizing processes, and leading high-performing teams in a dynamic, technology-driven environment Qualifications / Certifications required: Qualified CA(SA)/CGMA/ACCA Experience required: 1-3 Post Qualification experience 4-6 years overall finance experience Responsibilities of role: Drive operational excellence across global projects. Manage and optimize general ledger services, including reconciliations, month-end close, and audit readiness. Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks Lead finance project teams and operations (accounts receivable/payable, treasury, expense review) with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration. Support automation and process improvement initiatives, leveraging technology. Manage global operations, ensuring scalability and resilience. Foster continuous improvement and adapt to market and regulatory changes Desirable skill sets include : Experience in general ledger management, finance operations, automation, and audit support Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Sage etc.) and process integration. Ability to manage complex reconciliations and financial reporting. Experience with compliance and regulatory reporting.
