Product-Led Growth (PLG), customer insights, user analytics, self-serve onboarding. Product roadmap tools (Jira, Zoho Sprints, Planview), customer journey mapping, UX/UI, data-driven decisions. Global remote team collaboration, Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related). AI/ML, cybersecurity, or cloud-based infrastructure experience.
