Overview Position: Stock Controller/Administrator Location: Gauteng (Northriding) Reporting to: Nursery Manager Job Purpose Responsible for the correct storing, movement and stock take of goods / consumable and product inventory according to company procedures. Duties Regularly check and maintain stock levels to ensure they meet business needs. Place orders to replenish stock as needed and ensure timely delivery. Maintain accurate records of stock levels, purchases, and pricing. Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy. Liaise with suppliers to manage orders, negotiate deals, and resolve any issues with deliveries. Implement and improve inventory management processes and procedures. Compile and present reports on inventory status, discrepancies, and other relevant metrics. Compile month-end finance reports Qualification details Grade 12 Experience Preferable 2 years’ operational inventory control experience MS Dynamics GP (Great Plains) is a big advantage or any other Microsoft ERP such as Navision and Axapta (BC or F&O) #J-18808-Ljbffr
