What you will be doing: Develop and maintain backend applications within Agile data management teams Build data-driven applications across on-premise and cloud environments Design and develop enterprise backend services and system integrations Develop and maintain APIs and integration solutions Work with orchestration engines, workflow processing, and rules-based systems Collaborate with architects, tech leads, and developers to deliver scalable solutions Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Troubleshoot and resolve backend and integration-related issues Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance optimisation Support enterprise integration across multiple platforms and systems What we are looking for: Relevant Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 5+ years Java development experience Strong experience with Java and Spring / Spring Boot Hands-on experience with Drools Rules Engine (non-negotiable) Experience with API design and enterprise integration Strong Oracle DB and database development experience Strong backend engineering and systems integration capability Experience working in enterprise technical environments Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to engage effectively with architects, tech leads, and development teams Advantageous: Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience Apache Kafka experience Exposure to enterprise orchestration and workflow engines Distributed systems experience Please note if you do not hear from us within 3 weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful.Follow for the Latest Vacancies Join Psybergate Careers Channel here:
