Key Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, valuations, and project cost reports Manage insurance-related claims, assessments, and project costing Monitor project budgets, variations, and cost control processes Liaise with clients, insurers, contractors, and project teams Review contracts and ensure commercial compliance Conduct site visits and assist with project evaluations Support tendering and procurement processes Minimum Requirements Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification Pr.QS registration advantageous Minimum 5 years experience in quantity surveying Experience within insurance-related construction projects essential Strong understanding of costing, claims, and contract administration Proficient in Microsoft Office and QS software Valid drivers license Key Competencies Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent attention to detail Good negotiation and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong commercial and problem-solving ability Remuneration Market-related salary package based on qualifications and experience.Apply: Consultant: ChaneHoffmann - Dante Personnel Pretoria Faerie Glen
