Requirements: Grade 12 / Matric HR certificate or equivalent Minimum 23 years HR administrative experience Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English Knowledge of South African labour legislation Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Responsibilities: HR Administration Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Assist with filing and management of HR documentation Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR correspondence Ensure employee files are accurate and up to date Assist with leave administration and attendance records Recruitment & Onboarding Assist with posting job adverts on recruitment platforms Screen CVs and schedule interviews Conduct reference checks where required Coordinate onboarding documentation and induction processes Prepare new employee packs and contracts Employee Support Respond to employee HR-related queries Assist with disciplinary and grievance administration Support employee wellness and engagement initiatives Assist with organising training and HR events Payroll & Compliance Support Assist with payroll input and timesheet administration Support HR compliance and labour legislation processes Maintain confidentiality of employee information Assist with EE, WSP, and HR reporting where applicable Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
