This role owns the end-to-end engineering of digital solutions, from facilitating process discovery and requirements gathering through to configuring, developing, and deploying scalable low-code and no-code technology solutions. The Digital Engineer is equally accountable for the adoption of what they build, ensuring that technology delivers measurable ROI for clients and for Both&. This role sits at the intersection of Process (30%), Technology (30%), People (25%), and Financial (15%) accountability, and candidates must be genuinely capable and motivated across all four dimensions. Positions available in both Cape Town and Johannesburg.
