To lead and govern a portfolio of complex, strategic, multi disciplinary programmes, ensuring they deliver maximum business value within agreed scope, cost, quality, and time parameters. This includes strategic alignment, value tracking and embedding a consistent delivery framework across teams. Qualifications Type of Qualification: Post Graduate Degree Field of Study: Business Commerce Experience Required More than 10 years Products Personal and Private Banking Project and programme management experience, including delivery of large‑scale digital transformation projects. Deep understanding of relevant project management tools and approaches to manage complex, multi‑disciplinary projects and the flexibility to influence diverse and dynamic teams to deliver balanced and integrated solutions. Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Agile, SAFe) beneficial.
