Recruitment Coordinator This is a remote position open to those living anywhere in South Africa. Duties & Responsibilities Manage job postings across agreed platforms and sourcing channels Actively source and identify candidates using relevant tools (e.g. LinkedIn) Manage candidate flow across multiple roles and maintain structured pipelines Track candidate sources and maintain accurate pipeline data Screening & Candidate Management Support CV screening, categorisation, and progression through the hiring process Monitor screening responses and identify high‑potential candidates Ensure a smooth and professional candidate journey from application to offer stage Act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process Interview Coordination Schedule interviews, manage logistics, and resolve scheduling conflicts Send interview confirmations and manage communications with candidates and stakeholders Follow up on interviewer feedback and ensure timely updates in the ATS ATS & Reporting Maintain and update applicant tracking systems with high accuracy Ensure workflows, automation triggers, and candidate records are up to date Produce weekly recruitment reports and pipeline updates Identify bottlenecks, risks, or delays and elevate where necessary Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Recruitment processes progress efficiently and within agreed timelines High accuracy and completeness of candidate data and reporting Interviews are coordinated with minimal delays or errors Positive and professional candidate experience throughout Clear visibility of pipeline status, risks, and next steps Skills, Experience & Requirements Experience Proven experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or recruitment operations Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles Strong experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn) Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Experience in consulting, professional services, or high-growth environments is advantageous Skills & Attributes Highly organised with strong attention to detail Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Proactive, responsive, and able to take initiative Able to identify issues early and elevate effectively Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, delivery‑focused environment Load Shedding Applicants must be able to ensure they can maintain internet and power during UK office hours.
