Responsibilities Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements including data mapping, transformation logic, and business rule validations. Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases to validate data accuracy and calculation integrity across the migrated systems. Identify test data needs and coordinate test data creation or extraction. Execute test cases, perform defect tracking, and report on test progress and quality metrics. Verify that system behavior aligns with business rules and expectations, especially in complex or data‑driven applications. Offer direction to Automation Specialists by clearly defining and communicating priority tasks. Ensure test artefacts and evidence are complete and audit‑ready. Background and Experience Required 3+ years of experience in software testing. Strong experience in Test Analysis, particularly involving high‑volume data. Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Test Life Cycle. Experience with test management tools. Experience with testing backend and API applications. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Experience working in agile or hybrid project methodologies. Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels. Must-have Skills (Mandatory Skills) Extensive Test Analysis knowledge. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
