Location Gauteng, Pretoria Position Overview Our client based in Pretoria is looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Specialist to join their team on a 12‑month renewable contract. This is an onsite role requiring a strong functional background in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support. Qualifications Relevant Bachelor’s degree (e.g. HR, Industrial Psychology, Business Information Systems, or Organisational Management) 3–5 years’ experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Specialist in project and/or support environments Oracle HCM Cloud certification advantageous Oracle EBS functional experience advantageous Experience with regression testing, quarterly updates, and UAT coordination Knowledge of SDLC and ITIL/CAB change management processes Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, problem‑solving, and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to team success Duties & Responsibilities Provision of day‑to‑day functional support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including issue analysis, resolution, and user support Configuration and maintenance of HCM system setups aligned to business processes and organisational policies Analysis of business requirements and translation into functional specifications, process maps, and system configurations Execution and coordination of system testing activities, including regression testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to support releases and enhancements Support for Oracle HCM quarterly releases, including defect resolution, validation, and business readiness activities Development and maintenance of functional documentation, including configuration documents, business requirements, and process flows Management and resolution of functional defects and production issues to ensure system stability and continuity of HR operations Collaboration with technical teams, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to resolve complex functional issues and drive enhancements Support for critical HR and payroll processing cycles, ensuring system availability and functional accuracy during key business periods Facilitation of knowledge transfer sessions and user enablement activities to support adoption and internal capability building #J-18808-Ljbffr
