Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12) essential Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Logistics advantageous Training or certification in ERP systems (e.g. Acumatica) or inventory management beneficial Experience: Minimum 4 years experience in internal sales, technical sales, or business development Proven track record of growing sales and converting opportunities Experience in industrial / technical product sales Strong commercial awareness and customer engagement skills Ability to understand technical products and customer applications ERP / CRM experience advantageous Strong communication and follow-up discipline Experience in fluid management equipment, lubrication systems, hose reels, fuel transfer systems, pumps, dispensing or metering equipment, workshop equipment or industrial distribution would be highly advantageous Responsibilities: Drive sales growth across existing and dormant customer accounts Proactively follow up quotations, enquiries, and sales opportunities Convert opportunities into profitable sales Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities Build strong customer relationships through consistent engagement Advise customers on suitable product solutions and applications Prepare quotations and manage opportunities through to order confirmation Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements Monitor competitor activity and identify market opportunities
