Key Responsibilities Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions Oversee integrated business systems, databases, and data flows Drive automation and AI initiatives to improve operational efficiency Manage system integrations across CRM, finance, and property platforms Oversee developers, vendors, and technical projects Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards, and business insights Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and aligned to business growth objectives Provide strategic oversight of platforms such as MRI Software / MDA Minimum Requirements 8–10 years’ experience in technology, systems, or software development environments Relevant IT qualification or equivalent experience Strong understanding of databases, SQL, systems integration, APIs, and software development principles Experience managing developers, vendors, and technical projects Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills Solid development/programming background with the ability to review code Advantageous Experience within property, real estate, or asset management industries Exposure to MRI Software / MDA Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Python, Azure, AWS, and automation tools such as Power Automate, Zapier, or Make #J-18808-Ljbffr
